These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern (i) your use of www.rustyfields.com (the "Website"), (ii) your access to and play on the RustyFields Rust game server (the "Server"), and (iii) your purchase of any digital goods, ranks, perks, kits, access, subscriptions, or other benefits intended for use on the Server (the "Store" and "Digital Items").

By using the Website/Server or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website/Server and do not purchase from the Store.

The Server is a community server. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Facepunch Studios, Valve Corporation/Steam, Discord Inc., or any other third party. "Rust," "Steam," "Discord," and other marks belong to their respective owners.

Your ability to access the Server depends on third-party services (game client, Steam services, hosting providers, networking infrastructure, etc.) ("Ancillary Services"). We are not responsible for third-party outages, bans, account actions, or service changes beyond our control.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) to purchase from the Store. Minors between 16 and 18 represent that they have parental or guardian consent. You must be legally able to enter into these Terms.

In accordance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us personal information, please contact us immediately at [email protected] so we can delete it.

4. Accounts / Identifiers / Security

You must provide accurate identifiers (e.g., SteamID, in-game name, Discord ID, email address) at checkout. Delivery is tied to the identifier(s) you provide.

5. Server Rules, Moderation, and Enforcement

You must follow our Server rules and all applicable third-party platform and game rules.

We reserve the right to warn, mute, kick, suspend, wipe, reset, remove items, or ban accounts at our reasonable discretion to protect the community and integrity of the Server.

Purchases do not grant immunity from enforcement. A ban or suspension resulting from a violation of rules does not entitle you to a refund.

6. Digital Items — Licensed, Not Sold

IMPORTANT DISCLOSURE: When you purchase Digital Items from the Store, you are acquiring a limited license to use those items on the Server — you are not purchasing ownership of the Digital Items. This license may be revoked for violation of these Terms.

Digital Items are licensed, not sold. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Digital Items on the Server for personal, non-commercial use, tied to the account/identifier used at purchase.

You may not resell, transfer, gift, trade, share, or sublicense Digital Items unless we explicitly allow it in writing.

Digital Items (including any "virtual currency," credits, tokens, points, ranks, kits, perks, etc.) have no real-world monetary value, are not redeemable for cash, and cannot be exchanged for real-world goods or services.

We use Stripe, Inc. and/or other third-party payment processors ("Payment Processors") to process transactions. When you make a purchase:

An order is an offer to purchase. A purchase is accepted when we and/or the Payment Processor confirms the order and fulfills the Digital Items.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, limit, or delay orders for any reason, including but not limited to:

Server Changes: The Server may undergo wipes, resets, rebalancing, renaming, feature changes, or discontinuation at any time. Digital Items may be affected by wipes, balancing, or rule changes. We do not guarantee any specific duration, power level, or perpetual availability of benefits.

If delivery fails due to our error and we cannot resolve it within a reasonable time, our remedy may include: re-delivery, replacement, store credit, or refund — unless applicable law requires a specific remedy.

11. Virtual Currency and Abuse Monitoring

If a purchase includes virtual currency, credits, or tokens, we may monitor purchase and use patterns to detect fraud, exploitation, or abuse. We may investigate unusual activity and may revoke or forfeit virtual currency and related benefits for:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL ONCE DIGITAL ITEMS ARE DELIVERED OR ACTIVATED, EXCEPT WHERE REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

No refunds or credits will be provided solely because:

  1. You were banned, suspended, or lost access to an account or Ancillary Service due to a rules violation;
  2. The Server rules changed, the Server wiped, or gameplay balancing was adjusted;
  3. You changed your mind or no longer want or need the item;
  4. Your device, network, or software is incompatible, or you cannot access third-party services.

Exceptions: If we are unable to deliver a purchased item due to our error, or if applicable law provides you with a right to a remedy, we will work with you to resolve the issue.

If we offer subscription-based Digital Items:

Unless prohibited by mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction, any legal action or proceeding arising out of these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
