    • Children’s Privacy: RustyFields is not intended for users under 13. If we learn we have collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it.

    • Gameplay Logs: Chat, bans, and activity logs may be kept up to 90 days for moderation.

    • Account Data: Steam-linked account data may remain while you are active. Inactive data is deleted after 12 months, unless legally required to keep it longer.

    7. Third-Party Services

    Our Server may integrate with Steam, Discord, or donation platforms. This Policy does not apply to those services. We encourage you to review their respective privacy policies.

    We may update this Policy periodically. Updates will be posted on our website or Discord, with the “Last Updated” date revised. Continued use of RustyFields after updates means you accept the new Policy.
