Terms of Service

Welcome to RustyFields! By accessing or playing on our Rust dedicated server (the “Server”), you agree to comply with these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Server immediately.

1. Eligibility

  • You must own a valid copy of Rust on Steam to connect.

  • You must be at least 13 years old to play. Users under 18 should obtain parental/guardian consent.

2. Account & Identity

  • Your Steam ID serves as your account identifier on RustyFields.

  • You are responsible for all activity on your account, including in-game actions and chat.

  • Impersonation of staff, other players, or third parties is prohibited.

3. Rules of Conduct

When using RustyFields, you agree not to:

  • Use cheats, hacks, exploits, or third-party tools that give unfair advantages.

  • Engage in harassment, hate speech, discrimination, or excessive toxicity in chat, Discord, or any associated platform.

  • Advertise other servers, products, or services without permission.

  • Intentionally disrupt gameplay or attempt to damage the Server’s operation.

Violations may result in warnings, temporary bans, or permanent bans at staff discretion.

4. Donations & Virtual Items

  • Donations help support RustyFields but do not guarantee special treatment.

  • Perks or in-game rewards granted for donations are subject to change or removal at any time.

  • All donations are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

5. Server Availability

  • RustyFields is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.

  • We do not guarantee uptime, lag-free play, or uninterrupted service.

  • We may suspend, modify, or shut down the Server at any time, with or without notice.

6. User Content

  • Any in-game chat, messages, or creations you produce on RustyFields may be logged or monitored.

  • By playing, you grant RustyFields a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and store your in-game content for moderation, community features, or promotional purposes.

7. Enforcement & Bans

  • Staff decisions regarding bans or other enforcement actions are final.

  • Ban appeals may be submitted through our Discord or designated support channel.

  • Repeated or severe violations may result in permanent removal from RustyFields.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • RustyFields and its staff are not liable for loss of progress, in-game items, or damages arising from use of the Server.

  • You play at your own risk.

9. Privacy & Data

Your use of RustyFields is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect and use your information.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on our website or Discord, and continued use of RustyFields constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
